EMDR offers a structured way to process these experiences to reduce their intensity. Ben guides his clients through this process to ensure they feel grounded and supported every step of the way. Alongside EMDR, Ben also draws from Cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Solution focused and Internal Family systems, supporting you in building coping skills or understanding your inner emotional landscape.
